after school in the library.
All Freedom students are invited to join us in the Book Club.
We will read from the Virginia Readers' Choice selections for 2010-2011.
Group Announcements February Book Club Meeting  February Meeting postponed due to the rescheduling of exams this week The Freedom High School Book Club will meet on Wednesday, February 16, at 2:15 in the Library Conference Room. We would like to encourage anyone who has considered joining to come and try it. We will discuss My Mother the Cheerleader by Robert Sharenow at this meeting. This is an historical fiction story from the time of Ruby Bridges integrated the elementary school in New Orleans in 1960. It fits well with Black History Month.
